What should I do in case I paid twice?

It's possible that an invoice is booked twice or a payment is made more often than intended. We understand that in that case you will want your money back as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service and directly send us a proof of payment, such as a bank statement. This should show:

Payment by banktransfer

  • Amount in euro
  • Name bank sender (if possible with logo)
  • Reference (invoice number/client id)
  • IBAN (or account number + sort code) receivers account
  • IBAN (or account number + sort code) senders account
  • Date

Payment by Paypal or creditcard

  • Amount in euro
  • Name bank sender (if possible with logo)
  • Adyen reference (16 digts)
  • Date

This way we can look the payment up and issue a refund.
